I usually suggest that I start 90 minutes before your ceremony if I'm mainly covering one of you getting ready or 120 minutes before your ceremony if I'm to cover both of you getting ready. Of course, it's no problem if you want me to start earlier than that, depending on how much of your preparations you'd like me to capture:

  • Pop a chilled playlist on while you're getting ready to help calm the nerves

  • I'll mostly take natural, candid photos during getting ready, but if you want any particular pictures that's no problem at all, just ask

  • Don't worry too much about trying to keep things tidy, I'm very used to working around whatever state things are in!

  • Don't worry about the banter - I've probably heard it all before!

  • Let me know if you'd like pictures of your dress and any other special items such as shoes, jewellery, flowers etc, but bear in mind that I won't be taking pictures of people while I take these detail pictures

  • Once you're ready to get dressed, I'll pop out and get some pictures of your partner and your guests before returning for a few pictures as you finish up

  • If you'd like a 'first look' picture with your partner, family member, bridesmaids or a friend once you're ready then just let me know and I can help arrange it for you

Now take a deep breath, you're ready to go!
